About Teen Finance Hub

Business news is everywhere. But almost none of it is written for people our age.

We're Achyuth Mysore and Vihaan Raman — two 11th graders from the Bay Area who got tired of watching our generation get left behind when it comes to financial knowledge. Not because we aren't smart enough to understand it, but because nobody was explaining it in a way that actually made sense for us.

The numbers are hard to ignore. 68% of teens say they would eagerly take a financial literacy course if offered — but only 31% say they actually have access to one at their school. Junior Achievement USA 75% of teens lack confidence in their knowledge of personal finance, and 41% don't even know what a 401(k) is. Annuity.org Meanwhile, Gen Z scored the lowest of any generation on financial literacy — answering only 38% of questions correctly on the national P-Fin Index. Moneyzine

This is the gap Teen Finance Hub exists to close.

We're not financial advisors. We're students — just like you — who are actively researching the world of business and finance so we can break it down in terms that actually make sense for our generation. Every week, we cover company stories, financial news, money concepts, and real-world topics that connect directly to your life right now — your spending habits, your future career, your financial independence.

Our goal is simple: by the time you leave this site, you should understand something about money that you didn't before.

Whether you want to know how Nike makes billions without owning a single factory, why the Fed raising interest rates affects your future student loans, or what a stock actually is and why people buy them — this is the place for it.

Teen Finance Hub is built by teens, for teens. Because the earlier you understand how money works, the further ahead you'll be.
